Kathmandu - The ancient modern capital of Nepal is home to many temples, Buddhist shrines, ancient palaces and royal history. Being the capital of the country, it is most populated and developed city of Nepal. Kathmandu is an incredibly diverse historic city with breathtaking Newari architecture, centuries old Hindu and Buddhist religious sites along with dedicated tourist-friendly accommodations and restaurants.

In the Kathmandu Valley, the average summer temperature varies from 28 to 30 °C (82 to 86 °F). The average winter temperature is 10.1 °C (50.2 °F). Unpredictable weather is expected, given that temperatures can drop to 1 °C (34 °F) or less during the winter.

Pokhara - Painted beautifully with Fewa Lake, greenery, mountains and similar storied houses, it is the tourism hub of Nepal. Lake City Pokhara is known for its mesmerizing natural beauty, the tall peaceful World Peace Pagoda, trekking routes, Annapurna range and many more.

The city has a humid subtropical climate; however, the elevation keeps temperatures moderate. Temperatures in summer average between 25 and 35 °C; in winter around 5 to 15 °C. Pokhara.

Chitwan - is heart of the jungle. Located in the plain of Terai, Chitwan is the nearest wildlife adventure from Kathmandu. A total of 68 species of mammals, 544 species of birds, 56 species of herpetofauna and 126 species of fish have been recorded in the park. The park is especially renowned for its protection of One Horned Rhinoceros, Royal Bengal Tiger and Gharial Crocodile.

The climate here is mild, and generally warm and temperate. When compared with winter, the summers have much more rainfall. The average annual temperature in Bharatpur is 24.0 °C | 75.2 °F.

Lumbini - the serene land where Lord Buddha was born is the sacred place for all Buddhist pilgrims over the world. Today you can visit over 25 international Buddhist study Buddhism, meditation and visit Buddha's birthplace itself within the sacred Mayadevi Gardens! With sea of prayer flags and air of peace, Lumbini is a must visit place if you are visiting Nepal.

The Terai has a similar climate to the northern plains of India: hot as a furnace from May to October and drenched by monsoon rains from June through September.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU

Welcome to the vibrant capital of Nepal. Upon your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representatives and transferred to hotel.

DAY 2: TRANSFER TO POKHARA

After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara retracing a scenic mountainous highway. Upon reaching Pokhara, rest in the hotel for sometimes and then, go for evening stroll near Lakeside. The lake looks beautiful with the street lights.

DAY 3: SARANGKOT AND POKHARA CITY TOUR

You will wake up before sun and head towards Sarangkot Hill to enjoy breathtaking sunrise. You can either trek or drive to reach the hill. You will be awestruck as the sun rises and rays falls on the white glistening mountain. You won’t be able to stop yourself from saying Wow!! If you love to devour yourself in views you can just stay there sipping coffee and watch the magnificent view. Or, if you are an adventure seeker then, you can try paragliding or zip line from here. After scrumptious lunch you’ll continue your tour Pokhara city tour. Your guide will take you to remarkable places of Pokhara. You will visit the Davis Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev, Bindyabashini temple and Seti Gorge. Evening is free for you. Have a hearty meal in a restaurant enjoying the serenity of the lake.

DAY 4: TRANSFER TO CHITWAN

After relaxing breakfast in Pokhara, you’ll be driven to Chitwan. In Nepali Chitwan means heart of the jungle. At Chitwan you will check into the hotel; then you will enjoy jungle activities including nature walk, visit to elephant breeding centre, etc. In the evening you will enjoy your dinner with exotic dance performances by the local tribes.

DAY 5: AM: JUNGLE ACTIVITIES/PM: TRANSFER TO LUMBINI

After breakfast get ready for some adventure in Jungle. You will go for an elephant safari to the Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s first conservation area. It is the only national park in the world, which has recorded increasing tiger population in Asia. Chitwan National Park is a world heritage property where you can experience the eye-catching view of various endangered species of animals and birds. You can later for a canoe ride on Rapti River; you may spot gharials and mugger crocodiles. If you are interested you can also go for elephant bath, trust us nothing is more refreshing than the cool water in balmy jungles of Chitwan!!

DAY 6: HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING LUMBINI | TRANSFER TO KATHMANDU

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Lumbini (on the way lunch). Get ready to explore Lumbini. There are over 60 excavation sites among which some of them are popular Buddhist pilgrimage sites. The legendary Lumbini garden is now developed into a sanctuary that spread over the 6 sq km area. The Mayadevi temple houses the marker stone and foundation of ancient temple resembling the exact birthplace of Lord Buddha. Monastic zone is developed into World Buddhist center with monasteries constructed by Buddhist communities from different countries.

DAY 7: FULL DAY KATHMANDU CITY TOUR

After breakfast, your tour of Kathmandu valley starts. The capital of Nepal has a lot to offer from its ancient arts to modern facilities. You will visit the holy shrine of Hindus- Pashupatinath where Lord Shiva resides. Shiva’s manifestation as Pashupati lord of animal, is considered one of the holiest sites of the Hindus and is a must visit once in a lifetime to gain salvation. You can also see the Hindus cremation site Aryaghat at the bank of Bagmati River. Afterwards proceed to Boudhanath another Buddhist stupa and a World heritage site. It is also famous for its power to fulfill wishes and blessings. The base of the stupa is a square shaped terraced plinth representing joy, love, compassion and calmness. The white dome shaped structure on top is painted with yellow to represent lotus. Above which a square tower representing fire is painted with eyes of Buddha. On top of it is the gold conical shaped structure representing air followed by an umbrella on topmost part symbolizing space. The more you see the stupa the more peace you’ll feel!

Then you will be driven to Bhaktapur another royal city of Nepal. Listed in UNESCO, Bhaktapur Durbar Square has lots to offer. Bhaktapur, literally meaning “city of devotees”, was one of the three ancient kingdoms in Kathmandu valley. Bhaktapur with its beautiful stone and wood crafts is an architectural delight. Bhaktapur Durbar Square has three squares each consisting of palaces and temples that are unique and elaborate than the other.

DAY 8: DEPARTURE

Today you’ll say bye to mystic Nepal as your plane takes off and depart to your home.
